Berkshire By The Sea Aparthotel Delray Beach, Delray Beach

I couldn't have asked for a better stay! The hotel is a true gem with its direct views of the beach and ocean, spacious rooms with patio doors and a balcony, two large swimming pools, tennis courts, jacuzzi, and complimentary gas BBQ's. It's definitely my top choice whenever I'm in Florida. The low-key atmosphere and the fantastic area make it a delightful retreat. The rooms are nicely decorated and well-stocked with everything you might need for a cozy stay.

Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, while nice enough with comfortable furniture and a nice deck, unfortunately had a strong musty odor and dirty dishes. The service, especially after 7 pm, could be improved, as it involved multiple trips down flights of stairs to restaurants and inconvenient key returns. On the bright side, the location is fantastic, directly across from a beautiful beach. However, the facilities need some attention to detail, particularly regarding cleanliness.

The location is unbeatable, just steps away from the beautiful beach and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. However, the service lacks friendliness and availability, which can be a downside.

My stay at Berkshire by the Sea was a dream come true! The rooms were a bit outdated but still wonderful with patio doors and a balcony offering direct views of the beach and ocean. The hotel boasts 2 large swimming pools, tennis courts, a jacuzzi, and free-to-use gas BBQ's making it our first choice when visiting Florida, be it Miami, Fort Lauderdale, or even the keys. Although the room was nice enough, with comfortable furniture and a lovely deck, there's a charm to its classic style.

Staying on the first floor, the room at Berkshire by the Sea was alright. Standing outside the door, the service was in need of some hospitality training. The location right on the beach was exceptional with a beautiful view, yet there was a lackluster dining experience. The facilities were satisfactory, but some improvements could enhance the overall stay.
